The project includes office areas, administrative offices, meeting rooms, showroom area, conference hall and foyer, dining hall and cafeteria, infirmary, technical training rooms, repair shop, mechanical and electrical workshops, kitchen and storage areas. The scope of work includes all procurement, structural, architectural, OS&E, MEP and commissioning works. The construction scope included structural reinforcement works, façade, all architectural finishing works, interior decoration, landscaping, all mechanical and electrical engineering systems.
