GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for team members for our head office located in Ümraniye Şerifali and for our ongoing projects.

• Graduated from the Architecture department of universities,
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience,
• Advanced level of English,
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office programs,
• Preferably able to use Sketchup and Lumion effectively,
• Familiar with finishing works applications,
• Knowledgeable in architectural application projects, detail projects, and materials,
• Competent in interdisciplinary coordination,
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, self-confident, and responsible,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring that the projects progress in accordance with standards, regulations, and the contract under the control of the project manager,
• Participating in all processes from the shop drawing stage to the delivery of projects to on-site technical teams,
• Coordinating the site production drawings of subcontractors,
• Ensuring the harmony between architectural projects and other disciplines,
• Following up on the implementation sequences of finishing works,
• Taking part in the material selection and approval processes,
• Creating order forms on the procurement management module and following the purchasing process,
• Monitoring the processes such as project planning, material selection, purchasing, and delivery to the site in accordance with the work schedule,
• Examining changes caused by construction conditions during the implementation stage, informing the project manager about the necessary revisions, and guiding the site technical team accordingly,
• Recording project revisions during construction and conducting as-built studies,
• If necessary, conducting site inspections and preparing detailed drawings required by the site team,
• Submitting daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports,
