GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Graduated from the Architecture or Civil Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 10 years of experience in superstructure (hotel, hospital, shopping mall) construction sites, projects, and detail applications,
• Preferably experienced in finishing works,
• Advanced level of English,
• Able to manage and supervise subcontractors and follow site applications,
• Systematic, team-oriented, disciplined, and dynamic,
• Capable of reporting,
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other professional programs,
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project programs,
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, self-confident, and responsible,
• High work responsibility, result-oriented, determined, and good at following up on tasks,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring field coordination and controlling the completion of productions in line with the work plan,
• Providing comments for the coordination of field production and ensuring the completion of application projects at an ideal level,
• Preparing all kinds of correspondence, meeting notes, reports, etc., necessary for the follow-up and continuation of the work, and tracking files/topics,
• Supervising the manufacturing work in the projects they are responsible for,
• Working in coordination with the Design, Electrical, and Mechanical teams,
• Preparing progress/status reports regarding the works they are responsible for,
• Ensuring the coordination and control of subcontractor teams,
• Making field planning in accordance with the main work schedule, supporting the management team, and implementing the formed schedules on-site,
• Receiving the completed productions of subcontractor teams.
